It takes some time to remove the gauge cluster, so why not replace all the bulbs while it's apart?

7/32" nutdriver or Torx screwdriver
Replacing the Bulbs

Bulb Locations
Using a 7/32" nutdriver or Torx bit, remove the eight screws holding the black protective cover (circled in red in the image above).
Turn each of the 19-20 illumination bulb bases (circled in red in the image above) approximately 1/8 turn counterclockwise, and pull to remove the bulb and base. Don't install the new bulbs yet!
Only after all the old bulbs have been removed and put aside, replace each bulb with a new bulb. Turn approximately 1/8 turn clockwise until tight.
Replace each of the three indicator bulb and base assemblies, and turn approximately 1/8 turn clockwise until tight.
Replace the black plastic protective cover. Try to get the black tabs into the slots (circled in blue above).
Replace the eight screws holding the black plastic protective cover (circled in red in the image above).
Reinstall the instrument panel.
