Pin Vise / Hand Drill

Recently we had a need for delicate, precision drilling plastic with a very small drill bit.  We looked around and found the pin vise, and we thought we'd share it with you. 

A pin vise is extremely handy for holding small drill bits.  It's useful when an 18V drill or a Dremel tool would be overkill.  It has four collets which hold various drills or pins of size 1/8" or smaller.
