Due to significant delays with overseas shipping, we have removed the postal shipping option from our parts sales.  This was resulting in delays of many months and so we just stopped using that method.  DHL is the only international option available direct from our website.   DHL now makes daily pickups, and they offer paperless transactions for expedited customs clearance! Is it the cluster, or is it the car?

Link to Cluster Wiring Diagram To power on and show 0RPM/0MPH, the 1984-1989 Cluster needs the following: Two grounds (D1) and (D3) The way to test a ground is to power it on and measure DC voltage.  Put the negative probe on the battery negative terminal.  Put the positive probe on the terminal you're testing (D1).  Plug in the cluster.  Turn on the key.  You should measure 0.00V.  If it's higher than 0.5V, the ground is bad.  Do the same thing for pin D3.  One Full Time Hot pin (D3)    The way to test a power is to measure...
