Solder Removal Braid

The vacuum solder removal tool is our choice for removing solder quickly and completely from larger PC board holes, such as those used by connectors and larger components. For smaller holes, such as those used by ICs and smaller components, we recommend using solder braid. Solder braid is also a significantly less expensive option, and usually takes a bit longer to remove solder. This is the same solder braid you see us using in the videos. To use this product, place over solder to be removed and apply heat and pressure to solder braid. Wait a few seconds for the solder to be pulled into the solder braid, then move to the next area.
